TotalMed is a local medical staffing company looking for nurses with at least 3 years experience in Case Management.
Insurance industry experience is a must, and Medicare/Medicaid background and Home Health Care experience is a plus.

Primary responsibilities include:

Performing complex telephonic case management for Medicaid members
Assessing member needs and coordinating care
Soliciting information from providers
Sending out educational material
Assisting with utilization review as needed
Approving/denying therapy
Ordering durable medical equipment (DME)



Qualifications

The chosen candidate must possess:

An RN license in the state of WI
Case management experience
A strong clinical background
Excellent communication skills

We also prefer:

Certified Case Managers (CCM)
Experience working with the Medicaid population
