reserves of 2.7 trillion cubic feet. Equitable Midstream engages in gathering and delivering natural gas throughout the
Appalachian basin. Equitable Distribution includes a regulated natural gas distribution business, serving 275,000
customers, primarily in southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The Landman I/II is responsible for all land functions including lease acquisitions, courthouse research and contacting
and negotiating with oil and gas mineral owners related to the company's drilling program activity in a specific
geographic area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Organizes and supervises acquisition of unleased oil and gas mineral interests in several areas as directed.
* Coordinates and distributes work assignments for field staff and contract personnel for lease acquisitions.
* Arranges schedules, compiles documentation, prepares applications and testifies for administrative hearings in a
geographic region.
* Prepares and facilitates the execution of specialized lease documents.
* Participates as a team member of the development team for a geographic region.

* Associate's degree in land management or a closely related field; OR
* At least two years of land-related experience negotiating complex lease agreements with individual owners as well as
large land companies, title abstracting, and deed plotting.
* Ability to review and comprehend various oil and gas agreements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written.
* Excellent mapping skills (tax, topo & deed plotter).
* Good computer skills.
* Knowledge of the BLM leasing procedures preferred.
