business locations across the United States. Responsibilities Develop and lead technology efforts and direct complex
technical design projects for new and exiting software products May lead, train and/or direct the activities of a small
team of developers. Performs product design, bug verification, release testing, and beta support on applications
software projects which may require research and analysis. May assist in performing on-site client work. Performs
complex product design, system analysis, and programming activities on applications software which may require research
Performs design, implementation and maintenance of complex, multiple product modules/sub-systems Participates in product
design meetings Performs complex bug verification, release testing and beta support Researches problems discovered by QA
or product support and develops solutions to the problems. Conducts unit testing and integration testing for
functionality and limits Assists in performing on-site client work on complex applications. Documentation of development
work Researches new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology. Qualifications Excellent
analytical and design skills at multiple product level. Excellent skills in research and analysis, project planning and
implementation. Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and
quality assurance. Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans. Excellent communications and
interpersonal skills. Advanced PC skills Familiar with C#, C/C++, Java, Perl, Visual Basic, ASP, XML, HTML Familiar with
Visual Studio and TFS development environment Familiar with MS SQL Server 2005, TSQL, SPROC Development and scripting.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science; advanced degree
desirable. Experience Recommended
Typically requires 5 to 9 years of experience with increasing responsibility
levels in software development, design, implementation, and product support. Thorough technical knowledge in software
development methodologies, design and implementation.
