Software Design Engineer in Test - C++ and/or C#

Primary job responsibilities include:
* Writing test plans and test cases
* Designing and implementing validation and analysis tools
* Developing automation frameworks
* Developing automated tests
* Analyzing run results and debugging tests

Primary skill requirements:


* The successful candidate will have previous experience testing and will have strong software design and coding
skills. A B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is preferred but professional
experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
* 4+ years of software test development experience using C++ and/or C#, involving object-oriented practices.
* Knowledge or ability to learn and master scripting languages (Such as JavaScript)
* Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter and collaborative self-directed manner.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Strong debugging and technical problem solving skills, as well as a passion to solve hard problems.
* Exceptional communication skills which includes clear written and verbal communication as well as the ability to
listen effectively.
* Experience with Lean/Agile software development practices is a plus.
* Experience with a hardware manufacturing environment is a plus.
