Join a world class agile development team located in the heart of downtown Bellevue. You will be responsible for
presentation tier test strategies, risk assessment, planning, design and execution of UI automated and manual test
cases. Working closely with product management and development, you will drive to completion the feature set being
tested and the critical elements to determine application stability and functionality. The position will deliver test
design plans and reviews in support of quality metrics and critical deliverables, including automation tests. The ideal
candidate will have a track record of implementing test automation (QTP, Selenium, Silk, Visual Test, WinRunner,
Squish), ad hoc testing skills, successfully completing complex assignments, superior technical skills, and the ability
and commitment to deliver as deadlines approach. This critical position requires excellent communication skills as you
will be interacting with a variety of functions and levels in the application development organization.



* Create and organize test designs, test cases, and matrixes for full area coverage and product delivery

* Design, implement and run UI automated tests very early in the development phase and provide tight feedback on
feature design and functionality to development

* Communicate test requirements to Product Management and Development by reviewing project requirements and user
stories for testability


Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 3+ years in a testing or quality assurance position

* 3+ years hands on experience with SQL Server, Win2000 and WindowsXP

* A strong background in test plan/test case development

* Good working knowledge of enterprise date driven web applications (.NET or Java)

* Proficiency in scripting tests(VBScript, JScript, etc)

* A clear understanding of the software product cycle

* Ad hoc testing skills

* A passion for internal and external customer advocacy satisfaction, improving test quality processes, and continuous
skills improvement

* Thorough attention to detail in all aspects of testing work

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Demonstration of positive interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as
within a team environment.



Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience in Agile and/or XP development practices

* Experience testing internationalized and localized software applications
