Caregiver with current certifications needed for Wisteria Gardens Adult Care Home. 30-40 hours/week, variety of shifts.
$10 hourly rate, $50 / sleepover shift, $160 / 24-hr shift.

Provide professional care for 6 elderly/disabled residents in a cozy, comfortable, smoke-free country setting.
Requirements: Background check, current CPR & First Aid certifications, 2 step TB test, Food handler card, Nursing
Assistant Registered or Certified + other caregiver training classes. Experience preferred. Reliable transportation also
required (we are not on the bus line).

Wisteria Gardens is a small family farm, with the home licensed as an Adult Care Home (my elderly parents reside
there.) We also rent our park pavilion for weddings and events, and run the farm as a CSA (Community Supported
Agriculture).

Our caregiving team is led by Jo Lyn Cornelsen, RN Administrator and DeAnn Medina, CNA, as care coordinator. Our
