Mobile/Web Advertising

We're looking for a Product Realization Manager who will support new initiatives around Mobile, Online and Integrated
Advertising. The successful candidate will have a background in product development including taking the project through
the end to end product development/delivery process from the requirements through the deployment phase. Online
Advertising knowledge/experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity to work on a new initiative while continuing
to grow your skills on a fun and interesting project.

Overall Responsibilities Include:

Candidate will partner with Product Marketing team to ideate and translate marketing requirements into detailed product
requirements including mapping out associated end user call flows as appropriate. Candidate will then have end to end
accountability for ensuring that the product is developed, tested and launched.

Specifically, they will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering integrated advertising capabilities to
market. This includes taking the project through the end to end product development/delivery process from the
requirements phase through the deployment phase.


Qualifications/experience expected of the candidate:

* Solid understanding of end-to-end product/software development life cycle (including ideation, design, requirements,
development, testing and launch).

* Proven success in launching new products to market and is an aggressive self starter requiring minimal direction.

* Online Advertising experience including managing the product development and launch of new implementations.

* General project mgmt experience expected and a proven track record for meeting commitments as it pertains to launch
dates and budget.

* Experience working with both internal and external vendors and development teams.

* Knowledge of Software Development Processes is ideal.

* Ability to drive Functional Architectures and an understanding of “back end system integration”.

* Candidate needs to have specific experience with Online Advertising as well as an understanding of the end to end
online ad delivery ecosystem (e.g., Portal/Website-side and Ad Network-side).

* Understanding or alternate/emerging Online Ad channels would be a plus.

* Understanding the Advertiser and Agency roles would be a plus.

* Mobile Specific Advertising or Mobile/WAP Application related experience would be a plus.


Additional

* 3 to 5 years experience in product development.

* Developing requirement documents (use cases, wireframes, operational requirements, and business cases) for new
compelling applications and services.

* Lead x-functional teams in the execution of tasks to be completed and the assignment of responsibilities.

* Managing project plan for product dev and introduction.

* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

* Demonstrated fluency with MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
