next generation syndication services comprised of partner self service on-boarding and management portal, service
catalog definitions enabling a-la-carte of live and mobile services for partners, seamless provisioning and federation
scenarios, co-branding across applications, partner wholesale billing mediation and surfacing Business Intelligence. In
short, the primary entry point for partners who want to distribute Microsoft services. Projects span across many groups
in Microsoft and offer opportunities to work with groups in Windows Live, Mobile, Office, and Exchange to name just a
few. It's a role in which you can make your mark and make a difference for the company. We're enabling mass adoption and
unleashing high revenue returns via partners so that by 2010, 2 out of 3 online users interact with our syndicated and
monetized services each day. Responsibilities: You'll own the technical investigations and engagement with emerging MS
consumer products to add to our @net offer [link removed] and the written recommendationspreliminary work flow of
administrative features the @net administrative partners will need. You'll own engaging with product management,
planning, the field and at times directly with customers to synthesize and deliver vNext+1 pipeline recommendations for
@net to leap frog the competition. You'll establish and evangelize Syndication Central best practices into peer
Microsoft productsservices prior to onboarding with us. You'll own defining and documenting @net scenario's end to end
traceable to engineering asks of Syndication Central and cross group for v-next+1 planning. You'll own reporting on the
business progress and will surface the partner impact when a cross teams reports to you that a feature/committed
dependency is at risk of, or has been cut, with Senior leaders at Microsoft. Competencies: Passion for bringing cool and
useful technologies through partners 7 years experience across planning, product development and marketing. Senior,
technical consulting or technical pre-sales experience a plus. Excellent ability to consume, assimilate and prepare for
presentation large quantities of information with exceptional business acumen. Ability to communicate effectively, in
both written and verbal forms, with CXO level internal and external contacts Strong time management and prioritization
skills to allow the depth management. Experience in network operator, ISP or telco a huge plus. Solid high level
technical and architecture skills to allow effective communication with technical resources. BS in technology or
business with technology experience required. MBA or equivalent experience required A non-management role
