Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests. Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest
rooms, credit cards are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift. Ensures all cash
handling procedures are followed. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to
guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate.
Position is for the overnight shift and requires excellent guest service skills.
