Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances
bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests
questions and concerns. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible
schedule.
