Responsible for supervising and assisting catering attendants in the set up and breakdown of conference room and meeting
spaces following established procedures. Ensures that rooms are clean, lights and equipment are operating correctly and
that area is properly supplied for guests. Responsible for the overall cleanliness, stocking, and proper storage of
inventory. Positions requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
