• Process employment, payroll, and benefit enrollment change notices and/or initial forms - coordinate, maintain,
and/or process payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, purchasing documents, and/or
employment documents for employees, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
• Enter employee payroll change information into timekeeping system
• Maintain record of insurance coverage, Simple IRA/401(k) and other retirement plans, and personnel transactions
such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations
• Assist with and coordinate recruitment efforts
• Perform general research and analysis of information to prepare and maintain automated/manual reports
• Prepare and send routine correspondence and notices to internal and external customers
• Process, conduct, and complete salary/market surveys
• Process employment verifications
• Assist with preparing and monitoring HR department budgets
• As necessary, answer telephones and direct callers as appropriate and assist with other related clerical duties
such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
• As appropriate, provide and/or oversee the provision of administrative assistance and support to the corporate
officers, to include problem solving, project planning and management, fiscal management, day-to-day office
coordination, and secretarial services
• Coordinate office and/or department programs, seminars, workshops, travel arrangements, special projects, and/or
events; may coordinate program/project development and planning
