(plant), in accordance with corporate and division policies and procedures. Has direct accountability for several
activity areas including cost accounting , general accounting and governmental acounting. Determines and implements cost
accounting procedures and methods. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of cost reports and costing audits.
Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses,
projections, reports, and presentations. Performs financial forecasting. Reports to the VP, Finance. Responsible for
balancing financial controls, with efficiency for continuous improvement, developing and reporting metrics with action
items for imptrovement, facilitating the decision making processes regarding the business across the organization.The
position will provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced financial staff plus offer solutions and guidance to
other business areas. The incumbent will exhibit ownership and accountability for both routine activities and unique
assignments.Will supervise 4-5 people, needs to be detailed oriented, understand cost accounting, have a sense of
urgency and excellent time management skills. Works with a variety of people with in the organization, needs to be a
change agent and comfortable talking in front of management. Need exp working for company with revenue minimum of 100
millionBachelor's Degree in Accounting and 10 years of experience, or MS and 7 years of experience.Must have
