surgery centers. Texas Health Resources is seeking a IRB Coordinator (Job ID #15754) for a full time opportunity in
Arlington, Texas. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma - 0-3 years
IRB regulatory experience or research administration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - BA/BS degree in biomedical scientific
discipline or social scienceDUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receives and reviews IRB submissions for completeness and
compliance with IRB policy, institutional requirements, and State/Federal regulations. - Provides timely and accurate
guidance to investigators on preparation and submission of new protocol applications, periodic project review reports,
adverse event reports, protocol amendments and/or revisions, changes in study status, and consent form revisions, etc. -
Perform site visits and/or internal or external audits to ensure compliance with IRB policy, company/entity
requirements, and human subject's protection regulations. - Develops and implements a quality review system to monitor
compliance and establish and measure IRB performance standards. - Oversees recording and production of official minutes
of all meetings. Performs editorial review of minutes to ensure proper documentation of IRB actions. - Provides accurate
and timely IRB correspondence and written reports (approval letters, periodic project review notices, etc) as required
by IRB action, policy and regulations. - Prepares and distributes meeting agendas and materials for review and IRB
correspondence. - Provides regulatory guidance related to the protection of human subjects to IRB members,
investigators, and research staff. - Develops and implements administrative processes and policies of the Institutional
