ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Promote the sale and specification of Cummins Power Generation Products including generators, automatic transfer
switches, and paralleling gear in various applications in the markets served by Cummins products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Promote the concept of leadership through customer support excellence.

2. Make sales calls and solicit customers, including engineering firms, contractors, end users, and OEM's for Cummins
Power Generation products and services.

3. Develop assigned customer account list and account plans that include action plans to obtain sales objectives.

4. Prepare and deliver quotation packages to customers.

5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to engineers, contractors, and end users.

6. Maintain sales tracking system and follow-up with customers to make sales.

7. Maintain regular contact with customers and delivery partners in the branch territory.

8. Achieve sales volume and dollar targets for all products as set mutually with management.

9. Submit all monthly reports to the General Sales Manager.

10. Measure sales performance against the Annual Operating Plan throughout the year.

11. Acceptance of bid documents, delivers quotations, follow-up, complete sales order forms, prepare final
documentation, and deliver all appropriate documentation for project management team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.

2. Prior sales experience with Cummins products preferred, including knowledge of bid and specification procedures.

3. Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical engineering principles is required.

4. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.

5. Must possess superior interpersonal and customer relation skills.

6. Must be willing to travel.

7. Must possess leadership qualities and self-motivation.
8. Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide an elevated level of service for internal and external
customers.
9. Must comply with safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the
safety of others.
