Responsibilities
Operates and monitors computer equipment. Communicates effectively with others. Performs routine tasks to maintain
computer equipment and their peripherals Ability to monitor all computer room server back-ups as well as the inventory
of backup tapes. Must be able to handle or escalate all e-mails in a timely manner. Ability to multi-task a must.
Qualifications:Has worked with and is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Creates clear and
concise documentation. Observes error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output. Relies on
instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Relies on limited experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is
required Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. Must have working knowledge
of the Microsoft Office products. Experience with Windows XP, Server hardware knowledge helpful. Educational
Requirements:
May require an associate's degree or its equivalent work experience Experience Recommended:
