Advertising - Sales Account Manager
A Social Networking site that is an internet sensation with over 10 million visitors logging on to the website, needs
an Advertising Sales Account Manager.
The candidate will partner with sales staff to manage online accounts currently advertising on the site and to assist
supporting new business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Effectively perform day-to-day management of accounts through proactive campaign management and effective optimization
including: Partner internally to provide clients with creative specifications and deadlines for asset delivery; Launch
new campaigns and establish expectations with clients; Monitor and optimize campaign delivery; Report campaign
performance to client as dictated by agreement; Manage billing issue resolution and revenue reconciliation.
Possess thorough understanding and ability to analyze campaign objectives, media buying cycles, site architecture,
product/service schedules, and targeting.
Regular client calls and in-person meetings to build and maintain partner relationships.
Utilize industry research tools to assist in campaign optimization or new campaign sale.
Build and maintain open communication lines with key internal departments to stay current with company products,
services, technology, and promotions.
Act as primary point-person for client communications.
Grow existing accounts. Demonstrate understanding of business challenges, make recommendations, and tailor strategies
to help clients achieve and improve their business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication skills and superior customer service skills.
Ability to think analytically and to establish priorities while working under resource and time constraints.
Strong organization skills and decision making skills required.
Must be skilled in working independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience working within the Internet or media-related industries is preferred.
