Requirements
1.Two to five years general sales experience and can demonstrate how that experience can transfer to mortgage
origination
2. documented track record of success in sales
3. commissioned sales experience
4. well-versed in consultative selling
5. open to coaching and professional development
6. bachelor’s degree
7. proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional setting, including superior
computer skills
