 Provide training, guidance, and direction to the Item Associates in relation to item and vendor set up,

Managers.
 Provide Direction to Item Associates to help prioritize workload.

 Maintain “New Item” tracking document for Plano-grams assigned and insure completeness and accuracy before the
file is uploaded. Produce weekly reporting of the New Item Billings. Order and track receipt of samples for the
Plano-gram.
 Work with the Item Associates to ensure Plano-gram timelines are
adhered to.

Lead Item Associate: (CVS Headquarters)

 Publish ISQ scores monthly.
 Help train New Category Managers and Assistant Category Managers on item/Plano gram system and processes.
 Train New Item Associates on policies and procedures.
 Review and resolve store helpdesk calls via Peregrine.
 Producing and analyzing “ad hoc” requests to get to the root cause solution of business issues
presented/identified.
 Attend meetings as requested by the Item Team Supervisor.
