JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: .Net Software Developer II

DEPARTMENT: Capital Markets / Corporate Services

COMPENSATION: $75K - $85K

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Perform as a mid-level developer to maintain and support corporate finance and treasury
applications.

Skills and Experience:
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle.
• Strong debugging/problem analysis capabilities
• Two plus (2+) years experience in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Microsoft Enterprise
Library, .NET Framework 2.0-3.5
• Two plus (2+) years experience in systems development and configuration.
• Two plus (2+) years experience with Oracle or SQL Server, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Two plus (2+) years experience in a Windows environment is required.
• Experience in Mercury Interactive Products (Quality Center and WinRunner)
• Knowledge of release management tools such as Team Foundation Server and/or Visual Source Safe tools for
concurrent/iterative development
• Candidate should exhibit good organizational skills with sensitivity towards priorities and deadlines.
• Candidate should be well rounded such that they are able to act as the requirements analyst, programmer, tester and
implementer for small and medium development efforts.
• Exposure to the methodologies such as RAD, JAD and Agile Project Management
• Experience in PowerBuilder is a plus.
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry and Sarbanes-Oxley is a plus.

Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities, but requires instruction
and guidance in other phases 5
Ensure appropriate security controls by segregating production security access between the development and
configuration teams 5
Participate on a development team that develops and maintains financial applications and responsible for providing
production support (24 x 7) 5
Stay current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies. Assist information engineers on application of specialized
knowledge to coding, testing, implementation and documentation projects 5
