The Landman II (Coal) obtains approval from coal owners and their lessees for newly proposed pipeline
projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Obtains approval from coal owners and their lessees for new pipeline routes.
* Works closely with oil and gas lessors, coal companies and land companies to align drillable locations and
placement of pipelines.
* Prepares and provides pipeline route exhibits for coal companies.
* Maintains a tracking system for coal activity to determine areas for establishing pipe routes. REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's degree in land management, mining engineering or a closely related field; and
* At least three years of land related experience; OR
* An equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to use AutoDesk Map and/or other mapping programs. We have created a culture and environment that
