Manuals, Engineering Orders, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and customer specifications to assess
business risk and ensure WBS' Quality System meets applicable requirements.2. Helps monitor compliance to
internal and external quality systems. These include, but are not limited to, FAA, EASA, CASA, HKCAD, ISO, and
CASE.3. Tracks quality information (FPY, Delivered Quality, etc) for all service centers. Reports information
(root cause, trends, solutions, recommendations, etc) to senior management and service center personnel.4.
Point of contact for revisions to internal quality procedures (Operating Procedures, Shop Practices, Customer
Spec Sheets).5. Works with Technical Specialist to ensure all applicable documentation is completed in a
timely manner.6. Project lead for special quality-related assignments, as necessary.Basic Qualifications 1.
Four year engineering degree.2. At least one year of Technical (engineering, manufacturing) background to
facilitate implementation of documents in aviation or related field.3. Knowledge of writing work instructions
and operating procedures to ensure quality product.4. A working knowledge of aviation technical documents
(CMMs, FARs, ADs, SBs, SLs, etc)5. Knowledgeable in the use of precision measuring equipment.6. Strong
interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with various disciplines (engineering, sales, operations).7.
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data, then communicate findings and recommendations to senior
management or service center personnel.8. Attention to detail is a must.9. Able to lead projects and difficult
