The Mac Support Store, Brooklyn s First Apple Authorized Repair Shop is accepting applications for another Apple
Certified bench technician on a F/T basis. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Compensation is $14.50
p/hr.

Applicant must be Apple certified to repair desktops and portables and iPods, PLUS prior experience diagnosing all
Apple branded products, and writing recommendation for repair strategy. Applicant will diagnose/triage units every day,
and repair between 5-7 units per day.

Applicant must have direct experience troubleshooting compound symptoms of hardware and software failure and the Mac OS
from v.9-10. Troubleshooting and take-apart skills for the last three years of Apple hardware is mandatory.

If applicant is not already certified, but shows exceptional skill, we will sponsor those exceptional individuals after
three months of employment for full Apple Certification.
