Our client a private, non-for-profit research and development company, located in Syracuse New York has an opportunity
for a Lead Radar Systems Engineer to join their team! This opportunity is a direct hire and our client offers fantastic

Position Summary:
This Lead Radar Systems Engineer will be responsible for leading an inter-disciplinary team to design, analyze, and
test of advanced radar systems. Duties will include architecture development; analysis through integration and test;
performing trade studies; creating requirement and design specs; performing simulations; and supporting customer
presentations. This individual will also travel to various test sites in the U.S.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, math, or physics is required, but a master's degree
is preferred. Candidate must have five or more years of practical working experience with radar system(s). Solid Matlab
and C/C++ experience a plus. Applicant must be familiar with digital signal processing algorithms, techniques, and
related technologies. Individual must be an excellent technical writer capable of capturing complex ideas and concepts
in technical reports and documents. Experience as a team lead or supervisor also a plus.

Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet
eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
