Lead responsibility and accountability to the firm (Operations Manager) and to the client for the overall performance
and success of a project(s) to which you are assigned. Key measures of performance are how the customer satisfaction,
project schedule, project budget, safety, and quality control compare to the plan developed at the outset of the project
and as may be outlined in the agreement with the client. Ultimately, the task is to provide construction services to our
Clients that meet or exceed their expectations and it is the role of the project executive to direct and lead our day to
day efforts to meet that requirement. The role should be viewed as that of CEO of the company you run, with the project
being the company.
MUST have experience in Hospital/Health Care Industry.
