Salary is $39/hr for 6 hours a day; 5days a week.
Provide administrative support to our Assurance department in the form of typing and auditing detailed statistical
reports. Use your analytical expertise while proofreading and rechecking a variety of documents. We are looking for your
confident drive for accuracy to collect and report detailed information from several sources. You will also have the
opportunity to assist the receptionist with phone calls, mailing, and greeting visitors as needed.
Your three to five years of administrative support in a professional office environment will be your first stepping
stone to success at CG. These skills combined with your working knowledge of financial terminology, proficiency in
Microsoft Office and your stellar typing & 10-key ability will give you the tools needed for this rewarding opportunity.
General exposure to public accounting professional practices is a definite plus. You may already have a great position,

Great computer skills are needed! An Administrative Assistant uses a variety of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, as well as a variety of other programs.
An Administrative Assistant must be able to handle a high volume of telephone calls from current and prospective
residents.
The ideal candidate must adapt to changing schedules that may include evenings and occasional week-ends.
