Operations manager 102.08JC

Description:
This Manager will lead the day to day operations of the production, quality and logistics groups at the site. This
person will manage salaried and hourly workforce in the production of ethanol, overall plant logistics and assurance of
quality products. Will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices and enforcement of company policies and
procedures. Will maintain environmental compliance in all production areas. Will work with managers, supervisors, and
operators to achieve operations goals of attaining peak rates, while maximizing yields, and maintaining reliability.
Will support and assist in employee hiring, training and development. Will assist in prioritizing and provide input on
capital allocations, as well as input on the design and implementation of capital projects.

Requirements:
BS Chemical Engineer preferred, will consider a BS Mechanical Engineer of BS Engineer. Must have a minimum of 7 years
of Operations Engineer/Supervisor experience, with 3 years directly supervising or managing an Operations staff in an
ethanol plant. Should have a strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
