FORTE International Exchange Association is currently searching for Local Reps in your area. We are looking for
motivated individuals who enjoy working in this excited field.

Local area reps serve as the primary contact person for students, host families and schools. The rep needs to be
compassionate and patient with young people and ready to share his or her culture while learning new cultural
perspectives.

Area Reps Basic duties include:
*Recruit host families
*Interview and evaluate each prospective host family in their home
before student placements are finalized.
*Organize a pre and post orientation with the host family.
*contact high school for their approval
*Maintain frequent contact with student, family, school and myself
