support to departmental Managers, and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and
reporting data.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Assists in
troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and maintenance operational issues. Creates, completes, and
closes-out orders on a daily basis. Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis.
Communicates with other supervisors and managers about maintenance operations. Completes and maintains a variety of
reports as directed by the department manager. Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement,
accounts payable, parts inventory and scheduling. Assists with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay
programs. Assists with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary. Assists in the implementation
of maintenance operational projects as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.Position requires use of company
vehicle for pick-up and/or delivery of maintenance parts.III. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory
duties.IV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the
job.A. Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or G.E.D, and two years experience working in a parts
department. Preferred: Additional or specialized training in the field of fleet maintenance.B. Certificates,
Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Valid Georgia driver's license is required for use of company vehicle. A
financial credit check will be run as this position has responsibility for the maintenance P-card for purposes of
ordering parts, reconciling orders and accounts payable. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Strong verbal
and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, specifically competent in MS Excel and efficient in data
