As a
Compensation Manager, you will:
*Meet with Company/Division executives to provide compensation related
guidance/direction and to discuss compensation programs/problems/issues.
*Evaluate solutions and develop/finalize
long and short-range compensation strategies/plans/objectives to effectively address business needs.
*Evaluate the
effectiveness of existing compensation and salary plans and recommend/implement changes to improve plan effectiveness.
Prepare plan documents.
*Direct the development and implementation of company-wide compensation programs.
Develop/recommend new or revised policies/programs/guidelines to meet corporate business objectives and budgetary
constraints and ensure their compliance with compensation-related laws/regulations (e.g., FLSA. ADA, etc.).
*Establish and administer the implementation of company-wide compensation methodologies. Provide research into new
methodologies and the feasibility of their use in the company.
*Develop executive, sales, management and special
incentive/bonus programs and prepare plan documents. Oversee the analysis/evaluation of plan results and
recommend/implement changes to improve plan effectiveness.
*Plan, organize, and prepare year-end bonus calculations.
Work with Corporate Finance management to ensure that timely payments are made and oversee the preparation of
bonus/stock option related reports for executive management. Qualfications
