A minimum five (5) years of experience in the design of
packaging and production systems is preferred. This position requires experience with mechanical and electro-mechanical
packaging and process machinery in the food, consumer products, beverage, or factory automation industries. Excellent
CAD skills in AutoCAD version 2004, 3-D Design software such as Inventor (preferred), or SolidWorks, and proficient with
ANSI Y14.5M drafting standards. Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat. Must be
detail oriented with excellent follow-through skills, high mechanical aptitude, and excellent written and oral
communication skills.


Position Summary: Provide technical leadership and expertise for projects associated
with installed manufacturing operations and existing packaging specifications, over a broad range of Clorox businesses
and technologies that may include extrusion and injection blowmolding (in-house and external), paperboard packaging,
packaging optimization, and improvements to line operations, supply chain and/or distribution. Areas of influence
include cost savings, procurement strategy, supply assurance, internal and external process and package qualifications,
quality and operational improvements, and issues resolution. Project management and technical leadership opportunities
include complex projects with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary components -- business as well as technical. This
position also provides technical consultation to the commercialization of new products and other business initiatives,
and is responsible for improving the capability of the broader organization

Typical Experience: Typically 4-6
years of experience in roles such as Mfg. Operations, R&D, Engineering, Technical Project Management, Quality Assurance.
Broad experiences are beneficial.
