Description:
* Responsible for directing activities of the supervisors and construction workers concerned with construction of
highways or other construction projects.
* Responsible for reporting to the Area Manager on safety, productivity, quality, and scheduling of multiple crews.
* Areas of expertise should be in Asphalt Paving, Grading, Base, and Concrete.

Qualifications:
* 8+ years highway construction experience
* Strong leadership skills and extensive supervisory experience
* Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree or equivalent work experience
* Very knowledgeable in Federal and FDOT standard project requirements
* Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States
