AccuBANKER a retail cash handling equipment leader is looking for a hardworking E-Commerce Store & Project Manager to
drive the company's online commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently
running all aspects of the online store, but also take direction and serve as Project Manager in a team-based
environment. This position requires the Sucessful candidate to be a utility player with strong user experience skills,
marketing and merchandising savvy and proven expertise in maximizing online commerce revenue, including online lead
generation, SEM, performance measurement and analytics. Demonstrated experience is essential.
The E-Commerce Manager will report to the Chief Operating and Sales Officer and work closely with the Marketing,

Responsibilities:
* Manage, development and maintenance of commerce website content including reviews, product additions, pricing, email
marketing campaigns, checkout and all metadata.
* Manage and drive the strategic direction of various online marketing programs focused on website revenue growth and
new customer acquisition, including online search marketing (SEM/ SEO), affiliate program development, online brand
awareness campaigns, and email marketing campaigns and promotions.
* Responsible for website revenue forecasting, reporting and financial modeling for online marketing programs.
* Track and analyze marketing efforts and website user behavior and manage site changes to improve sales performance
and customer experience.
* Develop and implement customer service process to ensure consistent and outstanding user experience.
* Monitor product inventory and assist in developing online shipping policies and procedures.
* Work closely with the In House Art Director and Website Desiger to develop enhanced future website plans and
initiatives, including functionality, user experience, and online brand positioning and advertising.
* Create and maintain brand awareness and recognition programs to meet overall business objectives and work
collaboratively with marketing team to integrate marketing campaigns.
* Identify and enlist external resources and partnerships to support the development of cutting-edge online systems;
negotiate contracts and rates.
Experience / Skills:
BS/BA Degree required. Advertising, Marketing or related field preferred.
5 years direct marketing experience (including database, acquisition, retention and loyalty)
5 years direct experience in website management, online marketing and eCommerce and proven success implementing digital
strategy for a successful eCommerce site.
3 years management experience (direct reports managed)
Proven ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings; knowledge of Omniture
reporting and LTV/ROI calculations preferred.
Project Management/agency management experience a plus.
Proven knowledge of eCommerce marketing methodologies, including CPC, SEM, SEO, email marketing and direct response.
Expertise in maximizing website functionality through cutting-edge technology.
Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to the fast pace of current Web 2.0+ development and trends.
Excellent analytic and communication skills.
A passion for improving processes and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
