HomeCare (On-Call) The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in the home setting in
accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse responds to all
calls received by the answering service during on-call hours, assesses patient needs, advises patient and family
regarding care, makes visits as needed and documents and communicates actions to other members of the patient care team
to provide updates related to the medical plan of care. These services further the mission of Enloe Medical Center,
which is to provide high quality, cost effective healthcare for the people in the communities we serve. EDUCATION /
TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: Must have three years nursing experience and one year of home health nursing experience.
Bachelors degree in nursing or related field desired. LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Must have current licensure with the
California Board of Registered Nursing, Current CPR recognition and current California driver's license. SKILLS /
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and
sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
