inspection and quality assurance personnelMaintains ISO9001 program and quality assurance procedures to ensure customer
requirements are met throughout the facility and at our suppliersManages overall LESS & Process Improvement efforts with
assistance from the ISO committee and other ManagersAdministers all Quality in-house audits with customers/independent
auditors and oversees or performs audits with suppliersMaintains calibration and training certification systemQuality
representative for CRBKeeps Senior Management aware of any significant Quality trends or concerns on a monthly basis and
holds the Quarterly Management ReviewEngineering degree (BSEE, BSME, BSIE) and 10+ years related experience in an
electro-mechanical manufacturing industry with increased responsibility.ASQ CertificationFormal Six Sigma Certification,
ACE, and/or SPC training desirable* Min. 5 yrs experience in Quality-related positions within high-tech electronics mfg.
companyExperience Chairing material review meetings and Supplier Corrective Action (SCAR) systemExperience w/supplier
Quality for electronics and electro-mechanical parts desiredExcellent written and verbal skills including the ability to
read and write specifications and procedures in EnglishProficient w/Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook,
