corrective actions w/electronic & electro-mechanical suppliers and Operations personnel.Lead process improvement and
corrective/preventative action teams.Reviews / Chairs Material Review Board Meeting.Creates supplier performance ratings
/ nonconforming material reports / supplier corrective action list and facilitates improvements in these areas.Hold
bi-monthly Supplier Quality Meeting w/Quality & Purchasing. Works w/test & engineering on electronic/mechanical failures
& summarizes monthly failures & action requirementsResponsible for the Calibration System, coordinating on-site
calibration visits & review of failures.Engineering degree (BSEE, BSME, BSIE) or equivalentFormal Six Sigma training
and/or ACE Certification at the Associate level highly desirableProficient w/Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel,
Outlook, Access) & SPC software Minimum of 3 to 5 yrs experience in Quality related positions within high-tech
electronics mfg. company in a related industry required.Experience w/Reviewing & Chairing of material review meetings
and Supplier Corrective Action (SCAR) system.Experience w/supplier Quality for electronics and electro-mechanical parts.
Must be able to communicate effectively within the company as well as with customers and suppliers in order to flow down
requirements and solve problems.Able to work with minimal supervision and in a multi-task environment.Excellent written
and verbal skills including ability to read and write specifications and procedures in English.Will require minimum
