Customer Service Representatives/ Technical Support Call Center All incoming phone calls
Must have great customer service skills with a call center background a huge plus and the skill set to handle
light/moderate technical troubleshooting for fast- paced exciting company!!
Call center environment, must be computer savvy, type 40WPM, basic understanding of word and excel.
Great multi-tasking and communication skills.
Current open schedules Hours : 8am-5pm and 9-6pm. Saturday’s required at least for first 90 days. Then possible
schedule changes no guarantee. Full-time 40 hour work week. Paid training.
95% TIME SPENT ON PHONES.
$12-12.50 hourly. Temp to hire position.
Must live local within South Orange County. Lake forest Area.
