(Position also available in Orange County, Oakland, Honolulu, and Orlando. Cost Manager positions available in Orange
County, Oakland, Orlando, and Sacramento.)

Senior Cost Manager

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in construction or related field
• 7-10 years experience in the construction industry
• 5 years of estimating
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in On-Screen Takeoff preferred
• Good written and verbal skills
• Must be able to interact with clients
• Ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates
• Must be able to lead estimating team
• Self starter and self directed
• Able to multi-task and be flexible

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates at schematic and design development level of design
• Meet deadlines
• Provide value engineering services
• Set up work breakdown structure
• Prepare task order
• Deliver estimate in time allotted
• Direct and lead estimating team
• Review and estimate change orders
• Reconcile with GC’s or peer review estimator
• Some travel required
