Sr. Program Engineer – Huntsville, AL. Provide design, development, integration and field engineering support for Army
Command Post Systems and Tactical Operations Centers (TOCs). Apply experience and technical expertise with Army Command
and Control network operations to the design of operations centers required by Army units. Develop unit TOC layouts
based on knowledge of systems being fielded and integrate unit owned equipment into TOCs if required. Perform
engineering design, review and test of Standard Integrated Command Post System (SICPS) equipment, including network
configuration based on standard Army data products. Develop tailored training and support information to demonstrate the
full spectrum of SICPS capabilities when integrated with other battlefield Command and Control software and hardware.
Provide briefings, presentations and demonstrations to Army leaders from Battalion through Corps levels on capabilities
and benefits of integrated TOCS.


8 years total experience required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline and 6 years experience in
DoD/Army environment with at least 4 years experience in US Army Tactical Operations Center equipment and/or procedures
is required. Additional experience with Army Battle Command systems or DoD Netcentric Warfare programs is desired. Must
be a US citizen. Must hold, or have the ablility to obtain, a Secret security clearance.
